All Kids Deserve a Fair Chance to Learn

The PCA ALL4KIDS TOKEN scholarship pays youth registration fees for kids from qualifying income-restricted families.

We believe all kids deserve the chance to play music, dance, art, & sports, and the PCA  ALL4KIDS TOKEN scholarship is leveling the playing field for all kids to learn & play.

QUALIFICATIONS & SPECIFICS

AGES AND VERIFICATIONS

Kids, 4-18 years of age, who have supporting documents for SNAP, Medi-Cal Insurance Programs, and/or WIC, qualify.

FREQUENCY OF APPLYING

Families can apply four times a year, per child, to ensure year-round participation.

HOW-TO & TIMING

Our online application process is simple, private, and fast, with applications being approve by our selection & verification committees*

VARIETY

Kids are encouraged to participate multiple programs to develop well-rounded skills, emotionally, physically, and diverse social connections.

The Answers You Need

WHAT ARE THE APPLICATION PROCESS QUALIFICATIONS?

  1. Available to kids 4-18 years old participating in after-school youth programs.

  2. Youths, parents, guardians, or advocates apply online for the PCA ALL4KIDS TOKEN.

  3. We are providing the PCA ALL4KIDS TOKEN to assist with registration fees, for your chid’s activities of choice.

  4. Funds will be sent directly to the organization offering the activity.

  5. The PCA ALL4KIDS TOKEN is available to all families who can provide a current enrollment document for one of the approved Financial Need Verification programs and living in CA.

  6. Families must submit proof of current and active enrollment in one of the approved Financial Needs Verification* programs:

  • Free and Reduced Lunch verification letter

  • Medi-Cal enrollment document

  • WIC enrollment document

  • Foster child paperwork

*the financial need verification document you submit must prove the athlete is currently enrolled in one of the programs listed above, with dates.


ALL APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED WITHOUT QUALIFIED DOCUMENTATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DECLINED. 

AM I GUARANTEED A GRANT IF I APPLY?

PCA ALL4KIDS TOKEN are granted on a first-come-first-serve basis for all qualified youth.
You must be able to show proof that the participant, not the parent, guardian, or sibling, is currently enrolled and receiving benefits from one of the qualified programs to be approved.
If you are unable to show proof that the participant is receiving the benefits your application will not be approved.

WHAT IF I CANNOT USE THE GRANT AS ORIGINALLY INTENDED ON MY APPLICATION?

Please contact PCA by email or by phone at PCA Office. We can help work out a plan to use the grant for a future program.

HOW OFTEN CAN I APPLY FOR A GRANT?

Once per season, per child.
A season, is considered a three month time period. You are eligible to reapply every 3 months per child.

DOES EACH CHILD NEED AN APPLICATION IN THE SAME FAMILY?

Yes.
Every child who you are requesting funds for will need their own application.

WHAT IF I NO I LONGER HAVE PROOF OF FREE/ REDUCED LUNCH FORM OR OTHER

Contact your school or school district to receive a copy of your letter.
